3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The bidder is a legal person or other organization from the People's Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade with the People's Republic of China.
The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of the hot snowblower; if the bidder is the agent, it shall provide the special product agent authorization issued by the manufacturer of the hot snowblower for this project (the same brand and model can only be authorized to one agent to participate in the bidding).
Bidders products nearly three years (January 1,2020 solstice of the bidding deadline) must have 1 supply or sales performance (must provide contract page, contract supply content and supply list, signature page and other key pages, notice of acceptance, invoice, remittance, use unit certificate, use evaluation, etc.).
