3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:a. Contractual Experience:
Successful completion as supplier within the last three (3) years prior to bid submission deadline, of at least two (2) contracts each valued at CNY 17 million or equivalent amount in foreign currency. The contents of two contracts could be included as a whole (it can be satisfied by the superposition of two contracts): Medical equipment, Rehabilitation equipment, Vehicles;
b. Historical Financial Performance: As a minimum, the Bidder's net worth for the last three (3) years (2021-2023) calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.
c. Size of Operation (Average Annual Turnover): Minimum average annual turnover of CNY 54 million or equivalent amount in foreign currency calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years (2021-2023).
d. Cash flow Capacity: Availability of or access to liquid assets, lines of credit, and other finances sufficient to meet cash flow requirement which is CNY 6.5 million or equivalent amount in foreign currency.
